My windshield was leaking on my truck so I called dare I say "Safelite". Well all I got was an automated system. You can't talk to a live representative. My situation did not fit their list of criteria so I hung up. Found Glass Guys on Google in Spring Valley. I called them and wait,wait I got an actual live person, explained my situation and she said we can take care of you. I was hoping they could take my windshield out and reseal it. They gave me fair warning that they'll try but is it breaks during the process I would need a new one which I a high probability. Brought my truck in the following week and they were able to save my original windshield. They did a great job and an hour and twenty minutes later it was done.
